The Footprint Awards took place recently, recognising the hospitality industry’s sustainable business practices.
Brookwood Partnership came close to winning in the Sustainability in Education Award, coming second in the list after the University of Brighton. Both institutions shared a category shortlist with Thomas’s Battersea schools and Chartwells at Oxford Brookes University.
Elsewhere, Mars Foods won in the category for Sustainable Use of Natural Resources and Vegware won the Innovations in Packaging Award. The Adande Aircel won the Energy Efficiency Award and WRAP won the Stakeholder Engagement Award.
The awards took place on 24th May at Royal Institute of British Architects in London.
