AiP Ride London race raises over £5,000 for MIND

A team of eight members from school caterer Alliance in Partnership (AiP) has raised over £5,000 for the mental health charity MIND after taking part in a bike ride.

The AiP team was made up of Paul Rogers, AiP managing director, Cherie-Anne Hart, business director, Amy Teichman, quality and nutrition manager and her husband, Adam Starbuck, AiP financial analysis, and two of the company’s development chefs Jean Marc Bernard and Stuart Brown. Nia Roberts, daughter of Jenny Roberts AiP business director completed the team.

The team joined 22,000 other riders in the Prudential Ride London-Surrey cycle ride, a 100-mile challenge, in wet and windy conditions.

“After weeks of glorious sunshine to be riding 100 miles in the wind and rain was a real challenge for all of us but we did it!” said Rogers. “We are all delighted to have achieved our personal goals and raised so much money for MIND, the charity that supports people with mental health problems – an illness that can touch any of us at any time.”
