Food procurement experts allmanhall has launched an ‘innovative and intuitive’ client portal, designed to allow its clients to save time and access all the information and tools they need to manage their catering purchases.
The online portal, known as The Pass, was developed to add value to allmanhall’s client support package. Clients can access their invoices instantly, with all supporting financial reports such as invoice efficiency, drop discount reports and supplier spend available in one place.
Clients still have direct telephone access to their dedicated client support advisor, however, busy clients can also immediately log delivery issues within the portal and view case history and resolution, at any time, to suit their busy schedules. They also gain access to real time alerts and updates – service messages, suppliers’ promotions, CPI/PPI market reports and the latest food innovation updates.
