This year’s 2019 EDUcatering Forum ‘An Appetite for the Future’ will be held on Tuesday 8th October at the Royal Garden Hotel in London.
Bringing together experts from inside and outside the school catering industry, the EDUcatering Forum is the ideal opportunity to discuss ways in which the sector can make itself more resilient in the future.
Topics for the day will focus around the pace of change in the industry, both economically, legislatively and technologically. Sessions will include ‘An Economic Outlook – how do you deliver excellence in uncertain times?’, ‘Automation – how will it change your job, your kitchen and your school?’ and ‘Pushing Productivity – how to turbocharge staff motivation and behaviour.’ This year, the EDUcatering Forum Cookery School will also be back, showcasing the latest innovations in school catering and the impact on children’s food journeys.
Each delegate place includes access to the forum sessions and exhibition along with food and refreshments throughout the day. Attendees will also receive a Certificate of Participation at the end of the event.
